Approval of Resolution for extending the existing agreement until such time as the award of a bid and execution of a new landscaping services contract have been completed; provided, however, that such extension shall not extend beyond October 1, 2012 |

It is recommended that the City Commission approves resolution to extend agreement for landscaping services to Alvarez Landscaping Group, Inc., under the terms and conditions therein and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
